I own a very precise all white and glass landmarked home by Donald Wexler, built in 1963. It has recently been restored to perfection, with the incredible perfectionist talent of David Perez. His painting and drywall skills are unsurpassed and it’s safe to say that he is the BEST in the entire valley! I am a perfectionist myself and only the best will do, so finding David and working with him, has been life-changing, to say the least. Hire him immediately for all your home improvement needs, no matter how big or small the project. You will be dazzled with the results. He is a great collaborator and nothing is ever a problem—he truly enjoys making things perfect for you. He also recently reproduced a Donald Wexler redwood bench by the pool that was 60 years old and had been decaying over the years. we had some water damage to our ceiling and also needed a lot of touch up done in various rooms --removing and patching over unneeded switch plates, touching up prior work ,etc. this project far exceeded our expectations: they were always on time, project started and finished when they said, they were able to match paint perfectly in all rooms as we only had old cans . They covered everything , put runners on the floors and cleaned up every day . No evidence they were even here. High quality work and reasonable price. Highly recommended .

Absolutely stunning results! We engaged Innovare Drywall for renovation of dated, textured pattern on the walls throughout our house. David and his team were able to remove the old texture and give us beautiful walls. Additionally, they patched walls and some areas of ceiling, and every patch matched the existing texture.
